Rosé Grenache (70%), Red Grenache (30%)
Rosé wine made with slightly macerated juices and fermented at a controlled temperature in cement tanks. Stop fermentation by using cold to keep some residual sugar and subsequent aging with their fine lees doing weekly battonage for 4 months.
Between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Very pale rose wine with predominant salmon tones. The nose is marked by aromas of red fruits and aniseed touches. In mouth it has a greedy and voluminous entry, of agile step and remarkable persistence.
Very suitable with light dishes, rice and Asian cuisine.
