Maceration average wine fermented in cement tanks and aged on its lees for 3 months with mild removed weekly.
Between 12 ºC and 14 ºC.
Cherry red middle layer. The aromas of fresh fruit stand on a background of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is elegant and with the character of a classic blend of Empordà.
