ELABORATION

Maceration average wine fermented in cement tanks and aged on its lees for 3 months with mild removed weekly.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Between 12 ºC and 14 ºC.

TASTING NOTES

Cherry red middle layer. The aromas of fresh fruit stand on a background of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is elegant and with the character of a classic blend of Empordà.

HARMONY WITH FOOD

All kinds of grilled meats, poultry dishes, typicaL ‘saucers’, snails and mushrooms.
