Grapes: Red Grenache, Red Carignan
Average maceration red wine fermented in cement tanks and aged for 3 months in contact with his lees and with pieces of oak.
Between 12 ºC and 14 ºC.
Cherry red color of low intensity. Fruity aromas stand out balsamic notes. The palate has a nice entrance with a step width and an aftertaste intense and very ‘Empordà’.
Perfect as a wine for everyday feasts and neck (, rice, grilled meat …).
As a packaging we use a map provided by the Geological and Cartographic Institute of Catalonia (ICGC) and complete with the annotations of the guard of the area of ‘Paratge Natural d’Interès Nacional del massís de l’Albera0’, Jaume Geli ‘Giro’, and it is very useful to find all the dolmens in our region.
