ELABORATION
Long macerated red wine fermented in cement tanks that stays in contact with oak for a minimum 8 months.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 14 ºC and 16 ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Red cherry red wine of medium layer. In nose it emphasizes the aroma of ripe fruit with touches spiced and toasted coming from the contact with the wood. In the mouth is voliminous, has a good structure and stands out for the softness of its tannins and its balance.
HARMONY WITH FOOD
Recommended with dishes such as stews, roasts,… and several cheese types.
