ELABORATION
Average maceration red wine fermented in cement tanks and aged for 3 months in contact with pieces of oak.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 12 ºC and 14 ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Red cherry color of middle layer. In nose ripe fruit aroma with hints of spices and mediterrenean forrest. Voluminous and with silky smooth tannins when entering in mouth. Long and persistent aftertaste.
HARMONY WITH FOOD
Ideal with meats, cheeses and all kinds of appetizers.
