• Garnacha blanca (60%)
• Macabeo (35%)
• Moscatel de Alejandría (5%)

ELABORATION

White wine obtained exclusively from free-run juice and separately fermented at controlled temperature in cement tanks.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Between 8 ºC and 10 ºC.

TASTING NOTES

White wine of pale yellow color with golden reflections. In nose fruity aromas. Incidentally elegant and balanced with a final persitent.

HARMONY WITH FOOD

Excellent with local fish dishes.
