ELABORATION

Natural sweet wine made by adding half fermentation wine alcohol and later oxidative aging in wooden barrels from diverse backgrounds and abilities and with a Solera process of more than 50 years.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

Beetwen 12 ºC and 14 ºC.

TASTING NOTES

An intense amber colour wine with green and antique gold reflections. Complex and intense aroma of preserved fruits with notes of dried fruits and pastry. Balanced sweetness in mouth and intense in taste with a long persistence that make it an exclusive and unique wine.

HARMONY WITH FOOD

Desserts, Vanilla ice-cream, pastry, cheeses and cakes.
