ELABORATION
Rosé wine obtained from juice slightly macerated and subsequent bleeding. Fermented at controlled temperature in cement tanks.
SERVING TEMPERATURE
Between 8 ºC and 10 ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Clear and bright red cherry color. In nose floral aromas with hints of ripe red fruit stand out. Wide, sweet and very balanced in mouth.
HARMONY WITH FOOD
Shellfish, fish, vegetables, pasta, rice dishes, white meats and creamy cheeses.
